Finance Management
Finance management is commonly used to refer to two different
things. The first is managerial finance. The second is corporate finance.
The first type of finance management focuses on assessment rather than
techniques. The managerial significance of financial techniques is its
primary emphasis. Both managerial accounting and corporate finance are
taken into consideration when it comes to managerial finance.
The second type of finance management deals with the financial decisions
which corporations make. It also emphasizes the tools and analysis which
are used to make these decisions. Its goal is to manage a firms risks
while maximizing corporate value.
